House roof terminology illustrated

There are many terms used by the roofing industry which can be confusing for some homeowners. The images which follow show the common features of a house roof and the roof terminology used to identify them.

Dave’s Roof Services performs roof restorations and roof repairs for cement tile roofs, terracotta tiles and metal roofs. We also install new roofs for houses and extensions and remember we want to make you proud of your roof.

Have a look at the images showing some of our roof restoration work in our roof restoration before and after gallery.
